(SEREN is the coordination action of the FP7 Security theme Contact Points)

The aim of the SEREN coordination action is to link the different NCPs of the Security research programme, to initiate coordination in the network, and to improve the quality of the network and, as a matter of fact, the ability of its members to deliver a high level of services to the Security community. Security Research presents several specificities as compared to other COOPERATION thematic priorities.

SEREN will provide a partner search database to facilitate the setting up of consortia in order to address calls for proposals of the FP7 Security theme. 

SEREN is also coordinating the brokerage event of the 3rd European Security Research Conference - SRC'08, for which registration is made through their website.
