Security Research Conference. Technology Solutions to Enhance Systems Interoperability

The Security Research Conference is a joint initiative of the European Commission Joint Research Centre and the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, TÜBÝTAK. It gathers important stakeholders and policy makers from the European institutions as well as industry associations.

The event is supported by the Slovenian Presidency and is a follow up of the border security conference, Ljubljana 2004. The conference aims at debating the challenges to be faced in Security Research, hinting at possible solutions and identifying possible areas of cooperation.
An important element of the event is the concluding matchmaking session, where potential project proposers are to debate project ideas to foster collaboration in the key areas of security.
